Systemic & Family Constellations
Although best known for exploring family dynamics, systemic constellations are also a powerful tool for examining any and all of our important relationships including, for example, our relationship with Nature.
Constellations can represent wider systems such as organisations, and, at scale, the hidden stories and influences of systemic racism, colonialism or the gender divide. They form part of my Men's Work.
Systemic Constellations offer a window into soul-space, revealing sometimes unconscious ties inherited from family entanglements or ancestral trauma that we have taken on out of blind love. Personal issues, desires, present concerns and goals are mapped in relationship to missing pieces or unchallenged assumptions, in order to balance the system. Debts of gratitude can be acknowledged; sometimes responsibilities returned to their rightful owners. Creating movement, we create space, clarity and thereby healing in the system. This is deep soul work that reaches the parts that other practices can approach only slowly.
Systemic Constellations can reveal the undercurrents of our lives, the undertows that sometimes take us to places where we do not want to be, or where we are unwell or feel unsafe.
Although often done in groups, including successfully online on Zoom, this approach can be employed in one-to-one sessions.
